1、用堿洗液清洗

在機箱機柜制作成型后并沒有完全的完工，需要對它進行堿洗，肯定很多人會有疑問，為什么要對它進行堿洗？機箱機柜表面沾附很多油污，要售出高質量的機箱機柜，我們就必須對其進行清潔工作，我們其中一道工序就是對它進行清洗。我前面所提到的堿洗液是采用Na2C03  Na3P04  Na2Si03和添加劑組成。用堿洗液洗完還需用清水進行擦洗，目的是擦除堿洗液殘留物。

The cabinet is not completely finished after it is made. It needs to be washed with alkali. Many people will have doubts about why it needs to be washed with alkali? There are a lot of oil stains on the surface of chassis and cabinet. To sell high-quality chassis and cabinet, we must clean them. One of our processes is to clean them. The alkali lotion I mentioned earlier is composed of na2c03, na3p04, na2si03 and additives. After washing with alkaline detergent, clean water is needed to wipe the residue of alkaline detergent.

2、使用去氧化膜

機箱外殼表面通過自然形成的氧化膜一般都不均勻且是非連續(xù)薄膜，在對機箱機柜表面涂裝時必須提前一步對它進行徹 底的處理，對于壓鑄件來說可使用硝酸來對表面進行氧化膜處理。去除氧化膜后我們還需用清水進行進一步處理。

The naturally formed oxide film on the surface of the cabinet shell is generally non-uniform and discontinuous. When painting the surface of the cabinet, it must be thoroughly removed one step in advance. For die castings, nitric acid can be used to treat the oxide film on the surface. After removing the oxide film, we need water for further treatment.
                

3、進行化學轉化

3. Chemical conversion

進行完前面的幾步后，我們還要對它進行化學轉化處理，我們需要其表面能夠形成密而均勻的連續(xù)薄膜，這一步的工藝處理等同于對其進行磷化處理，但它們使用的溶液不同。機箱機的電子外殼轉化膜以鉻酸/鹽酸、磷酸/鹽酸和氟氫酸為基礎，轉化膜質量通常為215g/㎡，轉化膜形成后，必須用清水清洗，然后用熱風干燥，以增強膜層的硬度。

After the previous steps, we need to carry out chemical conversion treatment on it. We need to form a dense and uniform continuous film on its surface. The process treatment in this step is equivalent to phosphating treatment, but they use different solutions. The conversion film of the electronic case of the case machine is based on chromic acid / hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid / hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The quality of the conversion film is usually 215g / m2. After the conversion film is formed, it must be cleaned with clean water and then dried with hot air to enhance the hardness of the film.
